Sometimes organizations can
seem like big, uncoordinated crowds that won't get on the bus.
The biggest obstacle is the other people around them,
shoving and jostling and headed in various directions. The
MBTI can take a crowd like this and turn it into a team.
People
are often baffling to themselves and others. We wonder why our
best ideas and initiatives are opposed--why people work at
cross-purposes. The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is the single
greatest tool available today to help individual contributors and teams understand
themselves, each other and how
to work together.
We have a unique
expertise in MBTI that sets us apart from others who administer
the MBTI and will help you gain the immediate
advantages of one of the most important bodies of interpersonal
knowledge you will encounter.

The MBTI begins by explaining a person to themselves,
helping them to know fundamentally who they are and where their
strengths are likely to be found. It describes how a
person is likely to be different from the people around him or
her and how they can comfortably relate. The MBTI tells
you how you're most likely to gain the cooperation of another
person and what to do when conflict arises. The MBTI helps
you gather people and associates who will all work toward an
objective and get a better outcome than any one of them could
have achieved alone.
We administer the MBTI online
and provide an extensive personalized report and a debriefing in person or
by phone.
There are several versions and report options for MBTI. Those available are:
Form M: A good
place to begin for people who are just starting out with MBTI.
Form M explains the MBTI Preferences and gives a complete
personal report and description of your personality type.
Form Q (Step II): is a more
advanced version of MBTI that explains the unique nuances and
details of each person's personality type. It explains
how, for instance, two Introverts can act so differently from
one another. It also analyzes the person's
communication, decision-making, change management, and conflict
management styles.
The MBTI Team Report: Is
invaluable in taking the MBTI scores of several people on a team
and developing a profile of how the team works, its strengths
and weaknesses. The Team Report is an effective tool
for enhancing team dynamics, avoiding group think
and getting a team "unstuck."
MBTI Workstyles Report Enhancing
Two Way Communication in Organizations: Analyzes two MBTI
reports and predicts how two people can best work together and
the areas of conflict they can avoid.
