a Resource of Articles and Papers for You and Your Organization from The Delta Associates.

Jack Speer, President, The Delta Associates

The Delta Associates is delighted to introduce The Delta Think Tank, an alliance of human resource professionals, senior managers, academics, and senior consultants.

The purpose of The Delta Associates' Think Tank is research and development in the field of human and organizational performance.

We are in the solid tradition of the early pioneers whose mission and passion was to produce products and services "better, faster and cheaper."

We believe that human productivity is in its infant stage.  In the early days of Henry Ford, efficiency experts measured how fast bodies could move and hands could fly.

We believe that in the Information Age, our job is to engage body, minds, and spirits to harness technology, science, and innovation.  Human productivity must profoundly touch the body, mind, and soul to create a better world.

The Delta Think Tank in an ad hoc group of professionals that interchange thoughts, ideas, and strategies from their own research and experience.  We also source key articles and interviews and link to them.  Our think tank is in its initial development phase, and we invite your articles and ideas.

The following articles provide useful information in the field of personal and organizational performance performance.

MBTI Advanced Application Center.  The Delta MBTI Advanced Application Center is one of the most useful collection of MBTI tools on the Internet.  It includes an explanation of the MBTI preferences, a complete booklet on type, tips on how to use MBTI to read other people and situations, as well as information on MBTI and careers.
