Jack Speer, President, The Delta Associates
The Delta
Associates is delighted to introduce The Delta Think Tank, an alliance
of human resource professionals, senior managers, academics, and senior
consultants.
The purpose of The Delta Associates' Think Tank is research and
development in the field of human and organizational performance.
We are in the
solid tradition of the early pioneers whose mission and passion was to
produce products and services "better, faster and cheaper."
We believe
that human productivity is in its infant stage. In the early days
of Henry Ford, efficiency experts measured how fast bodies could move and
hands could fly.
We believe
that in the Information Age, our job is to engage body, minds, and
spirits to harness technology, science, and innovation. Human
productivity must profoundly touch the body, mind, and soul to create a better world. |
|

What is your personal style and does it work for you? This
article explores personal style.
