The CPI 260*:

Just How Good a Leader Are You Anyway?

Compare Yourself to 5,600 of the Best.  Take the CPI 260
.

Jack Speer, President, The Delta Associates

The CPI 260 is the assessment I had been searching for years that will identify leaders.

The CPI 260 identifies key management and leadership behaviors and compares the participants to 5,600 executives who have modeled them.

Leaders come in the most unlikely packages.  The determining factors are behaviors that get results through people.

I'd like to invite you to take this assessment yourself free of charge as an executive in your organization.  Just call me at 512-498-9780 or email me jspeer@delta-associates.com.

As an executive, how do you measure how good you and your management team are compared to the best executives in the world?

The CPI 260 is one of the only assessments that can credibly and scientifically help you determine what the best "looks like."   The assessment compares you to over 5,600 top managers and executives.  It shows how you compare favorably with those leaders, how you compare unfavorably and how you may just be different from other leaders.  It leads into a developmental planning process that enables you to create an action plan to leverage your strengths and work on your challenge areas.

The excerpt below illustrates how the CPI 260 reports the data.  The check marks indicate where the person has compared favorably with the executive and manager database.  The magnifying glass indicates that they compared unfavorably.  The arrows icon could be a strength or a weakness; it indicates scores that are simply different from the manager/executive database.
