Carol Kallendorf, Ph.D. , is the founder of The Delta Associates. Carol earned her Ph.D. at Duke University. She early chose to pursue a career as a business consultant. Her expertise spans multiple industries including high tech, venture capital, utilities and energy and professional associations. Carol is a top executive coach and a gifted facilitator of groups and teams. She is a specialist in team analysis and group dynamics. Carol is an authority on assessments including the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, the CPI 260, the FIRO-B, the Strong Interest Inventory and many others.
